My name is Michael Coleman. Some of you may know me from my 10 years of industrial maintenance/fabrication field work in various plants across Virginia including Nestle, Swedwood, Goodyear, Ross Labs, Teva Pharmaceutical, Graham Packaging and Tri-Tech Labs to name a few.
As a child, I am told I always had a fascination with taking things apart to see how they worked. This fascination has followed me my whole life. Over the past 10 years I have worked with two large industrial contractors and with each company I quickly rose to the top. The last contractor I worked for I was promoted to shop foreman after only two years of service. I believe in getting the work done and done right! Although I had a great job and worked with some awesome people, I always felt there was something missing. So after much consideration, thought and prayers in July of 2013 I decided to venture out on my own and create Elite Fabrication LLC. |

While at my last place of employment, plant engineers would contact the shop and ask for me specifically to come look at the job. I believe it was my "Can Do" attitude that gave them that trust and assurance that I could and would get the job done right.
Now that I own my own business, that can do attitude is even stronger. I feel an overwhelming feeling of self-accomplishment after completing every job I do. I currently hold a Virginia Class "A" Contractors License and am fully insured.
There are two divisions to my company... the welding/fabrication side which includes a fully mobile welding service truck capable of welding all types of metal including Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminum...
and there's the General Contracting division where I do anything from a simple fix to a complete residential/commercial remodel.
Included in on this website will be pictures of past jobs pertaining to both sides of my business and a recommendation letter from the senior supervisor of TEVA Pharmaceutical.
I know that if plant engineers and managers had faith in me when I worked for someone else, that they would be just as faithful in me with my own business. I believe in Hard Work, Determination and Honesty.
